Packet pickup will be conveniently located at ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks Campus. The main building is centrally located and less than one block from the Oktoberfest celebration and start line.
All participants will receive their race bib (with timing chip attached) and Yuengling Oktoberfest 5k race t-shirt at packet pickup. Race mug/steins will be passed out post-race (full of Yuengling Oktoberfest beer!), inside the festival grounds.

Please make every effort to attend packet pickup and get your items prior to race day. If you are unable to make packet pickup please arrive early on race day and be prepared for lines.
We will have limited packet pickup located near the start/finish area Sunday, October 8 on race day from 8:00am-10:00am. Please arrive early to avoid lines and allow us to begin the race on time.
In our ongoing effort to eliminate waste during our races, our expos are bagless events. We encourage you to #BYOBag to hold your bib, race shirt, and any goodies you pick-up at packet pickup or on race day!
If you are picking up a packet for yourself or for a friend, make sure to know the bib number to help expedite the packet pickup process. Bib numbers are emailed to all registered participants one week prior to race day.
Q: Can someone else pick up my race packet for me at packet pickup?
A: Yes! We are here to make your life easier. Someone else may pickup your packet as long as you provide them with an acceptable form of verification to show our staff.

Q: Can I transfer my bib to another runner if I am not able to run?
A: Yes! We understand that unexpected circumstances come up, although you will be missing all of the fun! In order to request a transfer, you must obtain written permission. Transfers will be only honored with written permission from the original bib owner. An acceptable form of written permission is an email from the current bib holder giving permission to give up their bib and process the transfer to another individual.
We will NOT process bib transfers at packet pick-up or on race day. The deadline for all transfers is Monday, October 2, 2017 at midnight (EST). No transfers will be processed after this date. No exceptions. All transfers are processed online and a $10.00 processing fee will be applied.
To request a transfer, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the request has been made, a link will be sent to you to complete the new registration online.
